This first one is from the Fairfield Inn in Macon Georgia. They had some delicious salty canadian bacon and shredded cheese. For the shredded cheese to melt, you need to place it right on top of the waffles followed by the meat and eggs. These omeletes also had cheese inside so there was extra cheese goodness. And of course, you need syrup on the side for dipping.
This second one is from The TownePlace Suites in Ridgeland Mississippi which is outside of Jackson. They had sliced cheese and large breakfast sausage patties. I used an extra plate on top to melt the cheese. I used a fork and knife to eat, but you could easily split the waffle in two and eat as a sandwich.
