Had a nice brunch in Monet dining room. Fried chicken with watermelon kimchi, maple syrup and southern gravy as dipping sides. I didn't expect it to be more like chicken wings. They were well fried and each sauce added a different element (sweet, savory and spicy). Strangely I detected no watermelon in the kimchi also it was excellent. The brunch pasta (not pictured) was also very good. Had a Mediterranean flavor with spinach and ham in a butter sauce. We are doing Chef's Table tonight so will share some pictures from that later.
