QUICK BITE: Aruba Beach Cafe in Lauderdale By The Sea

Our cruise on the Emerald Princess went to Aruba.  So when we found a beach bar called Aruba Beach Cafe, it seemed like the place was calling out to us.  And then we looked at the menu.

It had items named after other ports we had visited on the two prior cruises (Bimini and Athens).   What was going on here?   Actually some delicious food.  We got an order of the coconut fried shrimp and then the Cobb salad and the Athens Greek Salad with ahi tuna.

Large, tasty shrimp with a crisp but not greasy coasting. A mildly spicy chili sauce for dipping. And both salads had crispy greens and toppings.  There was so much ahi tuna!!   Slightly seared with a sesame crust.
