QUICK BITE: Brunch at The Wake on Virgin Voyages Scarlet Lady

Some good options for brunch at The Wake. What would you have?  



We had clam chowder which was so savory and creamy. Minced clams and brinoissed potatoes in the bowl before they poured the broth. 


The wedge salad was baby romaine wedges with a nice amount of blue cheese, egg yolk and bacon. Such a unique way to present it. Crispy, cold and crunchy. 


Steak and eggs were sunny side up eggs over seasoned flank steak.


The soft shell crab Benedict was served on fresh corn polenta cakes, brocolloli rabe with perfectly poached eggs and creamy hollandaise.
And dessert was a crepe cake. At least ten layers of delicate crepes with whipped cream between each layer. Strawberry compote in top.  


All of these items are included in your cruise fare.
