Definitely the most elevated menu I have ever seen on a private island. You have to respect a beach bar restaurant that doesn't have a throwaway burger or hot dog on the menu. Not to be found here.
The pulled pork, snapper in a banana leaf and chicken curry were my favorites. Very clever way they served it to you. The dishes are all prepared as needed by the chefs and served to you on a tray. All in ceramic bowls and plates.
