QUICK BITE: International Tart Day?

Is today International Tart Day and no one told me? So many savory tarts at breakfast this morning. I believe there were at least six to choose from.  


These are the three I picked. Clockwise from the upper left. Spinach and gruyere. Bacon and carmelized onions with cheddar. Crab and asparagus with beschamel.  



All of these suffered a bit since they weren't warmed up. The cheese wasn't melted either. As far as flavors, the crab had the best. Sweet crabmeat, al dente asparagus and a creamy beschamel. If it had been warm this would be a winning dish.
