Today's breakfast selections from the buffet. All kinds of fresh fruit available in juice glasses. A deliciously creamy kiwi muesli. A pistachio donut And the highlight was pork tocino which is a Phillipino dish where the pork is marinated in spices and sugar and then cured.
Similar to the boneless BBQ ribs from an Asian restaurant. Except so much better. The texture was like a soft beef jerky with just enough chew. I had it over some garlic rice. I hope they have this again!!
Five more sea days until we approach the canal. Headed through the new locks!
